Fiber Friday - Something from the Stash

This is actually the first yarn I ever stashed away. It is Tahki Yarns - Shannon in color #16. It is worsted wool. Each skein is 50 grams/92 yards. When I saw this at the LYS, I knew I wanted it, but I didn't know what I would make I figured maybe a felted bag of some sort. So I bought ten skeins.

I did use four of these skeins to make a felted bowl. The felted fabric came out with a really neat texture. Now I have six skeins left and have to figure out what to make. I know I still have enough to make a bag - but I can't decide.

I love Tahki Shannon--there's a deep red that would make a nice contrasting border or strap for a felted tote or something. Great pic!
