I was just thinking on the bobbin, for color comparison, but dave's suggestion for hanging singles is even better.

I would also love to see a more detailed "How I Spin" series, from when you pick the fiber from your stash to finished yarn. You could spread that out over three or four posts, at least. ;o)

Beautiful yarn, again!Annaleahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12964274663555911996noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21074148.post-9747951522471759782008-10-03T10:09:00.000-04:002008-10-03T10:09:00.000-04:00Gorgeous yarn! I've learned spinning from pictures on the internet and in books, so yeah, would be nice to see how you do things. I'm hopeing for you to learn something in your spinning classes etc. that you could share here, so I can learn something new too. :o)Monikahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12088557380015172558noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21074148.post-2179552735141459202008-10-03T09:57:00.000-04:002008-10-03T09:57:00.000-04:00another wonderful color! Love the tight twist and the way the colours swirl around.

I'm very new to spinning (just using a spindle) and I still have difficulty judging how much twist to put in. I really like the way this looks, and my goal is three ply for socks. I'd love to see a shot of your single just dangling and looping around itself, so I can judge the twist, and the same for the yarn once plied and before it's set. Any and all tips are greatly appreciated!Davehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05483752128029075112noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21074148.post-53127835949499459602008-10-03T07:33:00.000-04:002008-10-03T07:33:00.000-04:00yum yum yum!!! i heart 3plys!!!yum yum yum!!! i heart 3plys!!!bockstark.knitshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09303630088691816036noreply@blogger.com
